Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 calendar days of the date of your original purchase. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@mybloodsugarcontrol.com with:

• The email address used at checkout, and
• Your order number or receipt (sent to you by Kiwify at the time of purchase).

You do not need to explain why you're requesting a refund.

3. Processing Time

Once we confirm your request, your refund will be processed through Kiwify, our payment processor, to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

4. Access After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the Product may be revoked, and any downloaded materials should no longer be used, shared, or redistributed, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
